This year’s Apple Blossom Festival took place very successfully on the last weekend in May. The young girl chosen to be Queen this year is from Helena McCay’s village of Aylesford. Previously, Helena was the only Princess Aylesford to have become Queen Annapolisa.  This past weekend, a delightful Amy Meister, representing Aylesford, became the 85th Queen Annapolisa.  The theme for this year’s Festival was ‘Rooted in Tradition’.
